You may return your undamaged product and in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase for any reason and receive a FULL REFUND. Should the reason for return not be quality related, the customer must pay return shipping costs. This guarantee is valid only after proof of purchase is presented and validated by the Customer Service team. Customer Service representatives must be notified of a return being made via email for a customer to receive a refund.
